Ready made pieces – in the unlikely event that the item is faulty on arrival I am happy to refund, however the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please note that I do my best to show the colour online however some variations due to lighting may occur. You have the right to cancel or return any off the shelf order within 14 days.

Bespoke orders – Unfortunately as each piece is handmade to order I cannot refund or return items unless damaged or faulty. A 50% non refundable deposit will be taken on order, with the remainder to be paid when the client has accepted the photo proof of order completed. Handmade pieces are unique so no piece can be guaranteed to look the same as another, but that is the beauty of a bespoke order – unique as you are!

If there are any issues I will do my best to resolve them as the happiness of my customers is VERY important to me!

Turnaround for ready made items is 2-3 days, however bespoke orders may take up to two weeks. I will discuss this with you when you are placing your order.

I use second class post, however if you wish up upgrade to first class please let me know when you are placing an order.
